Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for TurboFam, operated by Turbotics Applications LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

Subscription refunds

TurboFam is offered as a $4.99 per month family subscription (up to nine members). Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel.

Subscription fees are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer billing portal (linked from your Account page in the Service) or by emailing support@turbofam.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access through the end of your current paid billing period.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@turbofam.com before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue.
